Tek Com Resources in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking a Fiber Splicer for a direct-hire role with a fast-growing fiber construction firm. The position involves work at sites around Oshkosh, up to two hours away, with very infrequent overnight travel only when night work is performed.
The role requires splicing fiber optic cables, installing splice closures, and coordinating with engineering teams. Candidates should be proficient with OTDR and Power Meter tests and experienced with fusion splicing
