HowYou Will Make An Impact
- You will execute hands-on labor tasks, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete for specialized construction projects.
- You will safely operate various power tools and equipment, ensuring efficient site operations.
- You will manage the loading and unloading of materials and tools, maintaining an organized and productive worksite.
- You will actively support skilled tradespeople, following instructions to ensure project success and quality craftsmanship.
- You will contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to all PPE and safety protocols and participating in safety meetings.
- You will travel to out-of-state job sites as required, contributing to nationwide projects.
- You will assist in mentoring less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work long hours in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel to out-of-state job sites as required.
- Strong ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- 2+ years of experience in general construction or concrete work.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Bilingual skills.
