Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a positive role model and coach, helping clients build problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and independent living skills.
• Learn each client's needs and support them in meeting goals in their employment setting. Provide training, demonstrations, and guidance individually and in group sessions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the clients and employers.

• Teach and encourage clients to pursue their hopes, goals, and objectives through self-direction and effective decision-making.
• Monitor and document client behaviors in the workplace.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/equivalent and/or relevant work or life experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license, ability to meet agency driving standards, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required Wisconsin Caregiver Background Checks and any applicable out-of-state checks.
• Reliable phone with voicemail and access to email.
