Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Oshkosh, WI offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.
Pay & Schedule- Weekly Gross Pay: $1570.75 minimum (guaranteed if all 5 days worked)
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.515 per mile with 1,630+ miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay: $15.45 per stop with 25+ stops per week
- Hours per Week: 50+ hours
- Loyalty Bonus: $1,500 at 6 months and $1,500 at 1 year
- Tenure Bonus: $300 every quarter
- Paid Training
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday (no weekends) - Start Time: 5:00 PM
- Solo to:
Shuttle from Oshkosh, WI to Bolingbrook, IL - Route:
Home Daily - Tractor Type:
Day Cab Automatic - Trailer Type:
Flatbed 48', 53' - Freight:
Load Securement – Strapping and Tarping - Freight:
Touch – Steel and Metal

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check (including verification of drug and alcohol status from previous employers for the last 3 years)
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
- Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, or customer‑specific background requirements.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Detect, eliminate or minimize safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Load and unload freight, or assist in loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
