Position: Class A Third Shift Hourly Shuttle Truck Driver

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Oshkosh, WI—offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Pay and Schedule

$1,570.75 weekly guaranteed (must work all 5 days)
Hourly: $29.00
Hours per week: 50+ hours
Loyalty Bonus: $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 1 year
Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
Tenure Bonus: $300 every quarter
Paid training
Schedule:

Monday – Friday, no weekends
Start time: 5:00 PM

Home daily (Oshkosh, WI to Bolingbrook, IL)
Tractor:
Day Cab Automatic
Trailer:
Flatbed 48', 53'
Freight:
Load securement – strapping and tarping; touch – steel and metal

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder drug test
Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check (including drug/alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years)
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
Maintaining accurate records and logs
Loading/unloading freight or assisting as required by customer
Perform other duties as assigned
