- Supervise and train warehouse staff; assist with hiring and performance reviews.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Manage pick/pack operations and coordinate shipments using ERP systems.
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with carriers.
- Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure safety compliance and efficient warehouse operations.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and support process improvements.
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
- ERP inventory management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and scanners
- Lift 10–40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Ability to sit, stand, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
