1st Shift: Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:00pm

As a receiving associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by receiving and maintaining inventory on incoming products that will ultimately end up in our customers' hands.
Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis:
Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility. - Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
- Assist in unloading and sorting of incoming products via UPS, Fed Ex, and all other carriers.
- Receive, inspect, count, and ensure accuracy of each incoming order before putting into assigned staging locations.
- Effectively communicate with vendor relations for order changes and cancelations.
- Help perform weekly follow-ups on past due orders in the staging area.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by receiving supervisor or fulfillment manager.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Prior data entry and computer experience desirable.
- Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
