Afternoon Part Time Truck Loader - Be part of something you own

The MDI Warehouse Team Loaders work together to ensure that each order is properly and safely loaded to be on it's way to the costumer the day after production. This team operators with a high level of autonomy and largely sets their own hours. Hours can be part or full time, dependent on the availability of the candidate. Generally, shifts are approximately 430pm-9pm Monday-Thursday and noon-7pm on Friday.

Exact end time is determined by when the work is complete.

• Move completed order from storage or production areas into MDI delivery trucks by hand or using carts.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, and strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to product
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for self and coworkers
• Utilize RFN to scan all items to correct locations to ensure accurate material locations are recorded
• Perform quality check and resolve issues as necessary.
• Perform additional duties and follow directions as instructed by management

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Previous experience with RFN system a plus but not necessary
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to perform in an environment with minimal supervision

• Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time
• Work both individually and in a team
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs. if needed
