Project Manager – Transportation & Infrastructure

• Be the lead point of contact for internal and external communications and processes once the Purchase Order is received
• Assist the sales representative with pre-sale site visits as needed
• Develop Musco's scope of work
• Create and evaluate RFQs for subcontractors
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and installation of Musco projects
• Process Change Orders as determined and communicate to the Musco Team
• Manage on-site installation
• Commission lighting systems to verify installation and operation of system
• Provide customer training on the operation of the lighting system controls
• Ensure final inspections are completed and provide customers with project close-out report upon project completion
• Approve payment of invoices and notify Credit department to final billing of projects
• Provide technical support as required during installation and commissioning of lighting systems
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of communication networks
• Related work experience also considered
• Must be willing to travel globally
• Ability to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings
• Knowledge related to construction processes and practices
• Displays excellent technical and mechanical aptitude
• Computer oriented;
  Word and Excel necessary; basic AutoCAD skills are beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work well under pressure

Demonstrates expertise in project management, including the coordination of installation and commissioning of lighting systems, while ensuring compliance with project specifications and effective communication with stakeholders. Proficient in managing multiple projects and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
