Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to consistently deliver strong operations and profitability;
Coach and support managers with goal setting, progress tracking, and performance feedback;
Manage and analyze the restaurants P&L to achieve monthly financial targets;
Oversee the People Department, ensuring hiring needs are met, training is ongoing, employee development is prioritized, and people metrics are reviewed and improved;
Be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and remain on-call during restaurant operating hours
