About the Opportunity:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a top hospital system serving Oskaloosa and Ottumwa, IA. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in patient care while earning a generous $15,000 sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Cath Lab, Emergency Department (ED), or Med-Surg units
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to deliver outstanding care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, treatments, and progress
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Support and mentor nursing staff and participate in ongoing education
• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Iowa or multi-state compact license
• Experience in Cath Lab, ED, or Med-Surg preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
