-based manufacturing company is seeking a Quality & Product Compliance Project Coordinator to support its quality and compliance function. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys tracking deadlines, managing documentation, and supporting compliance initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The Project Coordinator will assist with product certifications and ISO 9001 activities, coordinate audit preparation, and maintain compliance records. This position offers hands-on exposure to UL, CSA, VDE, and ISO standards, with opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility over time.

• Track certification records and renewal timelines (UL, CSA, VDE, etc.)
• Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audit preparation
• Maintain organized compliance and test documentation
• Coordinate audit schedules, documentation, and follow-ups
• Communicate with internal teams and external auditors
• Monitor regulatory updates and support continuous improvement efforts

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience tracking deadlines using spreadsheets, calendars, or task tools
• Professional communication skills
• Exposure to regulated or manufacturing environments
• Technical aptitude and strong attention to detail

• Exposure to ISO 9001 or product safety agencies (UL, CSA, VDE)
• Knowledge of RoHS or environmental compliance
• Manufacturing environment experience
