Concrete Laborer

We are seeking experienced Concrete Laborers to join our construction team on commercial and industrial projects throughout the Twin Cities area. This role works alongside concrete crews, carpenters, equipment operators, and foremen to support all phases of concrete construction, including site preparation, material handling, formwork, and concrete placement.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, experience in commercial concrete construction, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of concrete laborer experience.
• Experience with concrete construction, formwork, and concrete pours.
• Experience with flatwork preferred.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the workday.

This is a permanent position based out of Osseo, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
