Salary: $37.00 hourly (Schedule D rate of pay)

Job Summary: To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning. Provide classroom instruction across multiple classrooms; use instructional resources and technologies appropriately and equitably; implement district and school goals and objectives; maintain communication with teachers, staff, school, district leaders, and guardians/caregivers; assess curriculum per district guidelines;

follow system policies and discipline; practice professional consistency; work collaboratively with others. Willingly participate in district, building, and department leadership activities. This continuous substitute position will be at Osseo Middle School, with the possibility to be moved to another site if no substitute positions are open at Osseo Middle that day.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota teaching license. Middle school content area (covers at least grades 6‑8) license is preferred.
• If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive at least a Tier 2 license.
