Role
Teacher Aide supporting classroom activities, student needs, and implementing lesson plans.
Responsibilities- Assist licensed staff with academic adaptations and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support students individually or in small groups.
- Maintain a safe learning environment.
- Provide crisis support when needed.
- Use diverse methods to enhance engagement.
- 60+ college credits or passing scores on relevant assessments.
- Proficiency in English.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- Ability to move around, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
- Certifications such as Para Pro or experienced behavioral technician are assets.
$20-$23 per hour, weekly pay. Benefits include paid sick leave and 401(k) eligibility.
NoteNo weekend work; roles are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
