Join our Maple Grove team as a Quality Engineer specializing in injection molding, where you'll play a key role in upholding the highest standards in medical device manufacturing. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced molding technologies and opportunities to contribute directly to product quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you're a collaborative engineer with a passion for data, problem-solving, and excellence in execution, this role provides a strong foundation for growth in a highly regulated and innovative environment.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This position is fully onsite at our Maple Grove, MN facility, requiring in-person presence five days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Evaluate and write nonconformance reports (NCRs) for product quality issues.
● Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and other quality-related projects.
● Perform data analysis to identify trends and escalate quality signals.
● Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve issues and drive quality improvements.
● Support and author documentation including test methods, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Engineering degree or a science-based degree with 2-3 years of engineering experience.
● 0-1 years of experience in an engineering role (recent graduates welcome).
● Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, aerospace).
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
● Proficiency in tools such as Minitab, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
● Familiarity with Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Minimum Salary: $ 58200
Maximum Salary: $ 110500
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
