Job Description
This position is to support the Tubes Business Area as a finance analyst and controls (Earned Value) analyst. The successful candidate will have experience with Earned Value rhythms and processes, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to follow guidelines ensuring proper cost control, and will perform as part of a team delivering a monthly report to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities- Supporting surveillance audits
- Project setup within Oracle, appropriate cost control aligned with contract terms and adherence to FAR and CAS guidelines.
- Ensuring sound data between our accounting system and our EV systems
- Interfacing with Program Finance and Program Office for monthly financial forecasts, issues, concerns, and status.
- Developing and maintaining program artifacts and documentation
- Typically Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 2 years of work experience or equivalent work experience
- Self‑motivated with a bias for action, process/results oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Familiarity with EV principles
- Ability to prioritize and self‑manage a multi‑tasked workload in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures
- Problem solving, detail oriented with meticulous record‑keeping skills
- Ability to work limited overtime (days, evenings, weekends) to meet critical business needs
- Ability to work cooperatively across multiple Finance and non‑Finance functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Earned Value knowledge, experienced in Excel and other Microsoft Tools.
Pay InformationFull‑Time Salary Range: $67,406 – $114,590

This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
