Step into a dynamic educational setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist inspiring genuine change for students. This contract-based opportunity spans the full academic year, starting September 8, 2026, and running through June 10, 2027. You'll be supporting the communication needs of approximately 30‑45 students each week, dedicating 37.5 hours to impactful interventions and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Positions are available at both the elementary and middle school levels, providing you the chance to craft supportive, individualized therapy programs for diverse age groups in an encouraging school environment.

Qualifications:
- Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota SLP license, as well as an SLP school license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Proven experience providing speech services in school settings
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and caseload management
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- A dedicated, student-centered approach with an eagerness to collaborate
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students following IEP goals and best practices
- Conduct screening, assessment, and re‑evaluation for speech and language needs
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to foster students growth
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation adhering to state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed across school sites
