Osseo Area School District ISD 279 seeks a Leave Administrator to process and track long-term, partial, intermittent medical and childcare leaves for all district staff. You will ensure compliance with FMLA and MN Parental Leave, HIPAA, and district contracts, while providing data support to HR and managers.
You will coordinate with payroll and benefits, develop leave calendars, and serve as a subject matter expert on leave policies, supporting a smooth process for employees and supervisors.
