Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep units market-ready across our communities. Under the Service Manager, you will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, and support building and common area maintenance.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of property maintenance experience;
English communication is essential, and EPA/CPO certification is a plus. We offer PTO, holidays, benefits, and 401k.
