PCB​/A Soldering Specialist

CIRCUIT CHECK INC is seeking a PCB/A Soldering Specialist to assemble, solder, and rework complex electronic circuit boards for automated test equipment and fixtures. You will interpret schematics and assembly drawings, perform precision through-hole and SMT soldering under microscopes, and verify workmanship to IPC standards. Working in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment, you'll partner with designers and technicians to solve build issues, support continuous improvement, and help deliver high-reliability solutions for automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform through-hole and SMT soldering on PCBs and assemblies to engineering specifications
• Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions to build test fixtures and electronic products
• Inspect and verify solder joints and assemblies to IPC and internal quality standards
• Rework and repair PCBs and components using microscopes, hand tools, and reflow techniques
• Handle components and assemblies in accordance with ESD and safety procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve build issues and improve manufacturability
• Document work performed and update production records accurately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, process, and workflow
