DaVita is hiring Registered Nurses to give life in the greater Maple Grove area. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. • Work 3-4 days per week, 10-12 hours per day (every other Saturday, closed on Sundays). Clinics open as early as 5 am and close as late as 8 pm. Teammates are required to have availability to open and close.
• Float incentives offered—teammates will float to surrounding clinics (Fridley, Robbinsdale, Coon Rapids, Blaine, etc.).
• Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 30%: Supervises and performs direct patient care including taking/monitoring vital signs, initiating and terminating dialysis, documentation, physical assessment, and transcription of physicians’ orders.
• 20%: Provides dialysis therapy, formulates dialysis plans, manages ultrafiltration, ensures safety measures, administers medications, documents all activity.
• 20%: Analyzes patient assessments and lab data, signals concerns to physicians, documents observations, communicates emergencies to supervisors.
• 15%: Assesses patient and family learning readiness, provides education on renal disease, participates in care planning and monthly progress notes.
• Remaining 15%: Maintains records, facilitates communication among care team, and supports quality improvement initiatives.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) acceptable; a three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute.
• Nursing license for the state.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
