Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, HealthPartners Riverway Clinic Float (1.0 FTE)
Health Partners Riverway is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. This is a full-time float position supporting the Health Partners Riverway Elk River and Park Nicollet Maple Grove Clinics. Based on operational needs, additional clinic work sites may include Health Partners Riverway Andover, Health Partners Riverway Anoka, Park Nicollet Champlin, Park Nicollet Minnetonka, Park Nicollet Plymouth, Park Nicollet Rogers, and Park Nicollet Wayzata Clinics.

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position will provide in-person patient care and clinical inbasket support. Experience preferred.

The primary work sites for this position are Health Partners Riverway Elk River and Park Nicollet Maple Grove Clinics. Based on operational needs, additional clinic work sites may include Health Partners Riverway Andover, Health Partners Riverway Anoka, Park Nicollet Champlin, Park Nicollet Minnetonka, Park Nicollet Plymouth, Park Nicollet Rogers, and Park Nicollet Wayzata Clinics.
