Shift: Flexible

Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day; or Tuesday - Friday, 10 hours/day with core hours between 6am - 3pm

About the role:

Under minimal supervision, performs moderate to complex visual inspections of BSC purchased components, eRelease inspections from other BSC sites, and other special, and routine inspections.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week

Your responsibilities will include:

* Perform product release activities for products being processed through the Quality Control Department

* Support Quality Engineering in tracking and achieving metrics.

* Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to improve processes.

* Documents the non-conformance or suspected non-conformance to standards

* Make acceptance or rejection decisions based on established procedures.

* Reviews and recommends changes to existing inspection procedures and engineering specifications.

* Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product transfers.

* Performs other duties, as assigned.

Required qualifications:

* 2 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

* SAP experience

* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Maximum Salary: $ 73736

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
