Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on location and experience)

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday – up to 14 Hours Per Week

• Engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs.
• Leverage training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience.
• Build relationships with store associates and effectively communicate the value proposition of premium products.
• Drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.
• Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at the store.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.

• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn.
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with a hands‑on demonstration.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• One‑year job experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
