Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen — Lead Carpenter. Year round work with benefits. Salary range starts at $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

We are known for quality restoration and construction; great customer service and we are always busy. This position is located in our Maple Grove, MN location.

We are looking for full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. Work ranges from small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With a consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a durable opportunity for a permanent role.

• Perform remodeling tasks across trades (drywall, painting, carpentry, tile, flooring, mechanical).
• Work on construction phases, not water mitigation.
• Prepare drywall surfaces for paint or texture; use joint knives, sanding tools, and drywall compound.
• Finish carpentry including installing trim, baseboards, molding, and other detailed woodwork; fit cabinets with precise measurements.
