$20-25 hourly based on experience

Service Master DSI provides restoration in Maple Grove, MN and surrounding areas. As a Restoration Technician you will be working on both residential and commercial losses that were caused by water and fire damage. Your tasks include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean‑up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move‑outs and pack‑ins, and content cleaning.

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world‑class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and Service Master standards.
• Perform light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other mitigation tasks as required.
• Assist with content move‑outs, pack‑ins, and content cleaning.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.

• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel out of town as needed.
• Capable of moving and/or lifting 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
