Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen

TO LEAD CARPENTER - YEAR ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

• Lead carpenter role with year‑round work and benefits
• Full-time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical)
• Work on projects from small patches and paint to a complete home rebuild
• Location:
  
  Maple Grove, MN
• Pay range starts at $30-$40 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses; six major holidays paid; PTO accrual and a floating holiday; overtime at 40+ hours and double time after 60 hours
• Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation

• Remodeling Experience
• Reliable and Hardworking

• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Drywall finishing experience
• Finish carpentry experience
• Prepare drywall surfaces for paint or texture
• Work with tools like joint knives, sanders, and drywall compound
• Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints
• Installing trim, baseboards, molding, and other detailed woodwork
• Fitting cabinets, and ensuring precise measurements and finishes
• Working with wood and wood-like materials for final touches in a space
