The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer leads the charge in turning complex requirements into smart, scalable solutions. This role provides technical leadership and guidance to Engineering and Design teams, ensuring designs meet industry standards, code requirements, and customer expectations. Working across Sales, Manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams, you’ll drive collaboration, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high‑quality products that perform in the real world.
From concept to production, you’ll be a key player in making great ideas manufacturable, efficient, and customer‑ready.
- Design smarter using advanced engineering tools to develop high‑performance solutions that meet code and company standards.
- Serve as the technical expert supporting sales, manufacturing, installation, and customers through troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Lead product development and value engineering initiatives that improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Solve real‑world challenges by providing job site and start‑up support that keeps projects moving forward.
- Take ownership of complex engineering assignments while coaching and developing junior engineers.
- Improve processes and procedures to increase speed, accuracy, and overall engineering performance.
- Drive projects from concept through production release while leading technical reviews every step of the way.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 8–17 years of experience, Master’s Degree with 6–15 years of experience, or Associate Degree with 15+ years of experience.
- Deep technical expertise in core products, technologies, and industry standards.
- Epicor ERP experience preferred.
- 5+ years of Salvagnini applications experience.
- Proven ability to mentor, develop, and elevate engineering talent.
- Strong problem solver with the ability to independently tackle complex challenges.
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and driving collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrated success improving processes, increasing efficiency, and executing project plans.

Pay Range$90,116.33 – $113,440 per year, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus EligibilityThis position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
