Aligning People Strategies with Business Success
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping drive organizational success through employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, high‑performing culture while supporting leaders and employees across the organization.
The Sr. HRBP will lead employee relations efforts, partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness initiatives, support recruiting and retention strategies, and provide guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and performance management. This position works closely with leadership and Safety to align people strategies with business objectives.
What Success Looks Like- Lead employee relations activities including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support talent acquisition efforts including recruiting strategy, interviewing, onboarding, and retention
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and support business decisions
- Guide leaders through performance management, feedback, and employee development processes
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO-1 reporting, affirmative action plans, and company policies
- Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance and support to employees and leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, HR business partnership, and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Manufacturing and/or field service environment experience preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Pay range: $71,365.32 – $89,836.44 per year, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus eligibility:
This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on the role.
