- Drive continuous improvement by recommending inventory strategies, SKU standardization, and process enhancements across our aftermarket operations.
- Maintain accurate ERP planning data and inventory settings to support efficient replenishment and operational excellence.
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing, and Aftermarket to solve problems and deliver exceptional customer support.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to identify mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment components.
- Experience sourcing replacement parts, cross‑referencing components, or identifying alternatives for obsolete or hard‑to‑find parts.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed inventory decisions.
- Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment strategies, or service operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and continuously improving processes.
- Competitive pay: $26.26 – $33.06 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Annual individual incentive based on company performance (maximum bonus amounts may vary).
- Standard company benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and other employee programs.
- Opportunities for growth and training to support your long‑term career path.
- Supportive and collaborative team culture that values autonomy and continuous improvement.
