In this role, you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.

• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.

• 18 years or older.
• Self‑starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Can interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Can perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Works independently and possesses team‑building skills.
• Strong safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
