As a Receiving Clerk II, you're the starting point for everything that moves through the shop. From unloading trucks to verifying shipments and getting materials where they need to go, your work sets the tone for accuracy and efficiency across the entire operation. You'll split your time between the floor and the system-checking incoming materials, entering receipts, and working with purchasing and suppliers to resolve any issues.
At the same time, you'll help keep materials moving by supporting the team and making sure nothing slows down production.

What Success Looks Like- Keep the shop running smoothly by safely unloading trucks and ensuring all incoming materials are received accurately and without disruption
- Be the first line of defense for accuracy by verifying shipments, identifying damages or shortages, and resolving issues with purchasing and suppliers
- Support material flow across the floor by delivering the right materials to the right place at the right time
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely while supporting both receiving and production needs
- Stay organized by tracking deliveries and maintaining clear, accurate documentation
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Take ownership of quality by following GFS QMS standards and ensuring accuracy from the start
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Basic math skills to support accurate measurements and material handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to safely operate mobile equipment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard systems
- Willingness to learn and grow within your role

$20.13 - $23.55 per hour, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus EligibilityThis position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
