Rental/Service Manager
This position is for a Rental/Service Manager. Responsibilities include insuring scheduled maintenance, along with evaluation and repair of small engines, outdoor power equipment and rental equipment. Assisting customers in a polite and friendly manner. Preparing rental forms from a POS and explaining and scheduling rental equipment and rental fees to the customer. Demonstrating operation and safety features to the customer on all equipment rented, communicates the status of repairs to employees and store managers to ensure great customer service.
This person will operate out of our Bluffton Rentco located in Bluffton IN. In addition to supporting customer needs, they are responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment and rental shop. All invoicing, rentals, maintenance scheduling in POS/computer based so computer skills are necessary.
Compensation: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
