School Psychologist | Ossian, Indiana

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist in a hybrid setting conveniently located near Ossian, IN. This full-time position spans the complete  school year, offering the perfect balance of remote and onsite work—two days per week from the comfort of your home and three days engaging directly with students and colleagues on campus.

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting comprehensive psycho educational evaluations
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and crisis intervention abilities

• Conduct individual assessments to identify students’ needs, strengths, and barriers to learning
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and eligibility determinations
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop strategies supporting student success
• Offer consultation to staff on behavior management, mental health concerns, and academic interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with district and legal standards
• Support school-wide initiatives to foster safe and positive learning environments
