CNC Mill Operator

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ossian, IN, for a CNC Mill Machinist. The CNC Mill Machinist will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC mill machines. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting blueprints, monitoring machine operations, conducting quality control checks, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in running a CNC Mill
• 5+ years experience (Haas Preferred)
• Proficient with G & M Codes
• Horizontal Mill experience a huge plus
• Familiarity with Mastercam a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
