• Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines.
• Obtain customer authorization and ensure all agreements are documented.

• Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with internal teams.
• Provide installers with clear expectations, photos, and job requirements.

• 3+ years of sales experience (required).
• 1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred — field techs excel here).
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.

• Physical dexterity for light system evaluations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
