Direct and lead the F&B team with service, setup and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions;
Oversee banquet event setup and ensure all details are in line with client requirements;
Coordinate all aspects of the F&B event to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues;
Direct banquet staff throughout the event to provide excellent customer service;
Provides training and guidance to banquet staff as needed
