Direct and lead the F&B team with service, setup, and preparation of banquet rooms for functions;
Oversee the banquet event setup and ensure all details meet client requirements;
Coordinate with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages;
Direct banquet staff throughout events to provide excellent customer service;
Provide training and guidance to banquet staff and conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations
