Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement; M.A. in Education Administration; 5 years of teaching experience and prior administrative experience.

Additional skills required are excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style.

Salary/Benefits

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary ($140,000 - $180,000) depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five weeks paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
