TJX - - Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs;
Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and personalize the customer experience;
Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates; respond to POS coverage needs;
Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience;
Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
