Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate imaging results. The technologist will operate CT equipment, prepare patients for procedures, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support diagnostic and treatment processes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• Valid New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiography
• Valid New York State license to inject contrast material preferred (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of CT and radiologic standards, requirements, and regulations
• Knowledge of radiologic safety, cleanliness, and infection control policies
• Knowledge of CT and radiologic equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer use and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to maintain patient, team member, and employer confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Customer service oriented with the ability to provide a friendly and supportive experience for patients
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and responsibilities
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and complete tasks in stressful situations
