Job Details:

• Work Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• 8-week assignment duration

• Operate Siemens Somatom Perspective CT scanner

• Associates Degree or higher preferred

• Valid New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiography required

• Valid New York State license to inject contrast material preferred (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

• Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required

• Must demonstrate knowledge of CT and radiologic standards, requirements and regulations

• Knowledge of radiologic safety, cleanliness and infection control policies required

• Understanding of CT and radiologic equipment uses and maintenance

• Must maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all procedures

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records required

• Must maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Provide friendly, cheerful and helpful customer service to patients

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing conditions

• Must work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
