Electrician – Domestic & Light Commercial
Location:
Ellesmere, SY12 0AN
– Travel within this area required
Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience
Contract:
Full time, Permanent – 42.5 hours per week

Princes LHS Ltd is a well-established electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality and reliability.
We’re now looking for a skilled and self-motivated Electrician to join our growing team, working across domestic and light commercial installations.
This varied and hands-on role will involve a broad range of electrical works, including:
* Domestic electrical installation and maintenance
* Inspection, testing, remedial works
* Light commercial rewiring and refurbishments
* Possible involvement in wiring for heat pumps, underfloor heating, S plans
* Potential installation of car chargers, solar PV, and battery storage systems
* Occasional working away (expenses covered)
You’ll be working on jobs within 1 hour of our office (travel paid one way) and occasionally further afield.
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just technical know-how.
You should be:
* Hardworking, reliable and self-motivated
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently using your own initiative
* A great communicator, comfortable liaising with both clients and colleagues
* Confident completing on-site paperwork such as EICRs, minor works certificates, job sheets and risk assessments
What You’ll Need
* Industry-recognised electrical qualifications
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
* Inspection & Testing qualification (preferred)
* Experience with domestic installations essential
* Experience in new builds or renewable tech (solar PV, EV chargers, etc.) a bonus
