Data Processing Coordinator (Registrar)- Bilingual Spanish Required - 8.0 Hours/Day @ Othello High School
Coordinate student enrollment, registration, withdrawals, scheduling, and records management, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of student information systems by managing enrollment data, transcripts, academic records, graduation requirements, and permanent student files.
Maintain, verify, and organize student records, enrollment documentation, and supporting data to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations and to support internal and external audits.
Coordinate grading and academic record processes, including report cards, GPA calculations, transcript requests, graduation records, and verification of student academic data.
Prepare, monitor, revise, and maintain required monthly state and district reports, including enrollment, FTE, CEDARS, P223, P210, audits, and other state and federal compliance reporting.
Generate reports and analyze student data to support school administration, counselors, district departments, state reporting requirements, and decision-making.
Provide professional customer service by assisting students, families, staff, and outside agencies with enrollment, transcripts, records, graduation, and related student information.
Collaborate with administrators, counselors, district departments, and post-secondary institutions to ensure accurate student records, reporting, compliance, and successful student transitions.
Coordinate enrollment, attendance, and FTE reporting for Running Start, CB Tech, Skill Source, Open Doors, ODL, and other specialized programs while ensuring compliance with state funding, reporting, and audit requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of school and district operations.
Physically able to occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and grasp as required to successfully perform all duties and requirements.
Ability to focus (adjust eye to bring an object into sharp focus), clear vision at twenty (20) inches or less, and clear vision at twenty (20) feet or more.
High School graduate or GED.
Bilingual Spanish required, passed the OSD Spanish proficiency test. Interpret as needed.
Experience maintaining confidential student records and working with student information systems (Skyward preferred).
Knowledge of student enrollment, transcript management, state reporting, and records management practices.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications.
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA, district policies, and state and federal regulations.
