Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a dentist in Othello, Washington.

Outpatient general dentist opportunity within a mission-driven community health organization. Four-day work week offering true work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or call. Opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to both pediatric and adult patient populations. Collaborative clinical environment with strong hygiene and support staff structure. Four 10-hour shifts weekly with no call responsibilities. Sustainable pace of approximately 18-20 patients daily. Strong 1:2 dentist-to-hygienist support ratio. NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000. Exceptional 8% employer retirement match. $20,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance. H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available.

Base salary: $140,000-$200,000+ annually. Production bonus incentives available. $20,000 sign-on bonus. $10,000 relocation assistance. Comprehensive medical insurance. Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for pediatric and adult patients. Deliver preventive, restorative, and routine dental treatment within outpatient clinic setting. Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff in team-based care environment. Maintain quality-focused patient care while supporting underserved populations. Participate in treatment planning and patient education initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
• Active Washington dental license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
