Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $63,500-$79,400+ annually. $10,000 sign-on bonus. $10,000 relocation assistance. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000. 401(k) with 8% employer match. 33 total paid days off including pto and holidays. $1,500 cme allowance plus 2 paid cme days. Role ResponsibilitiesProvide behavioral health counseling and brief interventions within outpatient clinic environment. Deliver school-based behavioral health services within elementary school setting. Support pediatric and adult patient populations through integrated care approach. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support whole-person patient care. Maintain accurate and timely behavioral health documentation utilizing athena practice emr. Participate in mission-driven care initiatives focused on underserved populations.

Requirements
Active washington licsw license required. Experience working with pediatric and adult patient populations preferred. Comfortable providing brief solution-focused interventions required. Strong collaborative and mission-driven care mindset required. School-based behavioral health interest strongly preferred. Bilingual english/spanish skills preferred but not required.
