Packaging Mechanic - Othello, WA

Summary

The Packaging Mechanic diagnoses packaging equipment problems, repairs minor and major breakdown of high-speed packaging equipment, sets up and installs all packaging equipment, performs preventative maintenance items, improves line efficiencies, and ensures all equipment is in safe working condition.

3+ years related experience and/or training

* Good knowledge of Computer Systems.

* Experience with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and electronic Systems.

* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Ability to balance multiple tasks, be flexible and work well under pressure.

* Ability to work in refrigerated and frozen environments.

* Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment.
