Warehouse Admin Coordinator

This Admin Coordinator position works on-site in Otsego, MN.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8-hour shift;
Start time between 7:00A - 8:00A

Perform a variety of routine to moderately difficult administrative, office support, and customer service duties to ensure the workflow within an operation, which may include management, warehouse support staff, warehouse associates, maintenance staff, and associated customer(s).

• Providing administrative support to the operation, including answering phones, ordering and maintaining supply inventories and delivery schedules, and tracking software data.
• Monitoring and providing timely and accurate updates to various software programs for warehouse management systems, maintenance and vendor invoices, and billing, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing customer service support for customers, vendors, and operations support staff.
• Assisting and supporting warehouse responsibilities including task distribution management, reporting, compiling KPI metrics, customer communication, document filing and retention; properly using the warehouse management system to ensure all required operational data is accurately captured in near real-time.
• Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required.
