As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include providing general office support through tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and preparing documents. This role also involves coordinating communications, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
What It Takes- High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Experience utilizing B2W or comparable software systems
- Communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
